So Christmas Eve showed Ken to be tired out from all the therapy. But Christmas Day he was wide awake and enjoying his company! Therapy has been pushing him to walk hundreds of steps w/the walker... and they want him to start going up and down steps.
He has had a potassium issue here and there, which they feel is related to his chemo. They are adjusting medicines.
Thank you for all your support and prayers. He told me yesterday that he was feeling a bit better- this is a first, where he offered up this information.
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukah!

Starting to want to get back to some artwork, as it helps to balance me. Shifting gears for me is still a bit of work. ..as my focus has been on Ken, the kids,home......later alligator:)

Hi Lydia! I'm so glad to hear that Ken is doing better. I know you must be feeling some relief. And praise god that he has his memory and the desire to do things that he would normally be doing!
Heres to a much better year in 2010!!!

Hi Lydia. I was just going over the prayer list from Debra's A Day In The Life. I'm sorry I never came by sooner but that didn't mean I wasn't thinking of you. I'm glad to hear about Ken's progress. I'm keeping you both in my prayers. May the Lord give you his ever present strength.
May you family be blessed this New Year. Hugs...Tracy
